Angle Based Fade Out
Material Function to fade out opacity depending on a world position angle. This can be used, for example, to fade out decals on steep angles to avoid stretching.
The 'AnlgeFade_Vector' controls the strength of the fade out of the individual axis (e.g. 0,0,1 would be a full fade out of the Z-axis).
Set the 'AnlgeFade_Opacity' to the value you want to fade out to (e.g 0 for full fade out).
